An introduction letter and a membership form will be shipped with your first order, please complete and either mail it or scan it back to us.

You will be prompted, by email, around February, May & October during the year to make your wine selections per your selected frequency plan.

Remember, charges to your credit card will change based on your wine selections for each shipment.

Members Agree to:

- To accept scheduled shipments/pick ups as indicated on your membership form.
- To have a credit card on file so we can charge you prior to wine shipments and pick ups.
- To update us upon any change to card or account #'s.
- You are atleast 21 years of age and someone over the age of 21 must be at the shipping address to sign for wine.
- You may cancel your membership ( in writing) 30 days prior to a scheduled shipment/pick up, following one year of consecutive membership. A $50 fee will be applied if the year commitment is not met.
